6. Whether the relevant data of T-groove of welding platform is consistent with the national standard.
1. The drawing design of welding platform shall be designed according to the customer's requirements. According to the national standard of welding platform GB / T 22095-2008, it mainly includes the overall dimension, bearing size, T-groove size and working surface precision. The larger the overall dimension is, the higher the overall height of the welding platform is, such as the 2000mm × 4000mm welding platform, 36mm T-groove opening (using M30 fastening bolts), T-groove The spacing is 250mm and the bearing capacity is less than 20t; the total height can be designed as 300mm, the thickness of working face is 100mm, the thickness of stiffener plate is 30mm, the inner height of stiffener plate including 50mm × 50mm turned edge is 150 mm-170mm; the overall weight of welding platform is 7.5-8t.
2. The rough casting of welding platform can be divided into resin sand casting and cement sand casting. Now, large-scale iron castings generally adopt these two kinds of molding methods, both of which are lost foam casting. Generally, large-scale and small-scale castings adopt wood mold solid casting. Resin sand casting is mostly used for large-scale machine tool castings and high-end welding platform casting. In terms of price, it is higher than that of cement sand casting, and 80% of them are welded flat Cement sand casting is used in the platform, which can not only meet the requirements of the technical parameters of the welding platform, but also reduce the manufacturing cost of the welding platform. The welding platform casting shall conform to the national standard GB / t9439-2010.
3. The welding platform material is generally HT200 or HT250, which account for more than 98% of the welding platform material. It can not only meet the requirements of welding workpiece, but also relatively low price. The tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance of the welding platform can meet the welding requirements.
4. The heat treatment of welding platform is the fundamental to ensure the flatness is not deformed. The quality of welding platform is good or bad. Whether the heat treatment is qualified is one of the key parameters to inspect the quality of welding platform. The heat treatment of welding platform blank shall be in accordance with the national standard GB / t5614-1985, regardless of time and temperature.
5. The working surface of the welding platform is designed according to the customer's requirements. Generally, the working surface precision of the welding platform is not high, only the workpiece that needs to be welded can be met. The working surface precision shall refer to the national standard for welding platform GB / T 22095-2008.
6. The size of the T-groove of the welding platform is designed according to the needs of customers. When the workpiece to be welded is large and heavy, the opening of the T-groove is larger. In other words, the bolt used to fix the workpiece is larger. Otherwise, the smaller the space between the T-grooves is designed according to the needs of customers. The technical parameters of the T-groove are designed and processed according to the national standard GB / t158-1996, If it is a foreign customer's T-groove standard, it should be designed according to DIN 650-1985 German standard.
